Zambia Lite Anaerobic Process
Organically & Shade Grown. Direct Trade. This eastern African coffee is anaerobically honey processed, meaning after the coffee was picked it undergoes 24 hours of closed steel tank fermentation to eliminate all oxygen, then is sun dried on raised beds. This new, experimental process creates unique and interesting notes of malt and plum. To top it off, this unique coffee also has a lovely sweet bourbon aroma, especially just after grinding!
